Role Overview:

As an ERP Intern at Lancer Container Lines Ltd., you will support the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) team in various tasks related to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and has strong communication skills. You will work closely with our ERP specialists and other departments to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of our ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of the ERP system.

- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements and processes.

- Support the integration of ERP modules and system upgrades.

- Help create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and system guides.

- Participate in testing new features and functionalities of the ERP system.

- Provide support to end-users by addressing their queries and issues related to the ERP system.

- Assist in generating reports and analysing data to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Current enrolment in a degree program related to Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
