Mr. Sumit Sadh holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has more than 40 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. He has worked with A M Bhatkal & Co, a Chartered Accountant firm, for over 9 years. He possesses expertise in finance and investment banking.

Mr. Sadh was also appointed as CEO of Sunchan Securities Limited, a stock broking company. Before becoming part of Lancer, he was actively involved in investment banking and pursued an entrepreneurial journey in garment exports for 10 years.

Previously, he also served as Director of Funitory Trading Private Limited, Yudhisthir Developers Private Limited, and Macoll Securities Private Limited.

Mrs. Vijayshri Krishnan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Bombay and a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Modern College, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Additionally, she has earned an Honours Diploma in Network Centered Computing from the National Institute of Information Technology, Mumbai, as well as a Bachelor of Education degree from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

Ms. Ameeta Ramesh is an experienced HR professional with 7 years of corporate experience across organizations including Suman Motels Pvt. Ltd., VIP Maxwell Apparels, TechNova Imaging Systems Pvt. Ltd., and KaRROX Technologies, along with several philanthropic organizations.

During her corporate career, she handled key HR functions such as recruitment, employee orientation, and training and development support.

She is the Founder and Trustee of New Era Foundation (NGO), a social entrepreneur leading three business and social initiatives.

Ms. Ramesh is also the Co-Founder of ABLE (Association of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs), which supports startups, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs through knowledge-based programs and networking events.

She is the Founder of Avishkar Learning Center, which focuses on learning disabilities and alternative education, and runs MeadowBrite Enterprises, a business dealing in cotton sanitary napkins and pad incinerators.

She is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Navi Mumbai Chapter, and is an ex-Rotarian and Charter Member of the Inner Wheel Club of Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Mr. Narayanan Variyam holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Calicut and a post-graduation degree from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

He has rich experience in various aspects of finance, administration, marketing, and foreign trade.

His career started with AERO Traders (presently Woodland Shoes) and later moved to Bangkok, where he worked with one of the leading textile manufacturing companies.

Upon his return to India, he joined VB Dalal & Co., where he audited several leading multinational companies such as Raymonds, Siddhi Cement, and NRC.

Mrs. Heena Shaikh is a dynamic and accomplished professional with an MBA specializing in Finance.

She currently serves as the Director of Lancer Container Lines Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Worldwide Container Trading Private Limited, where she leads and oversees container trading services with a strong focus on operational efficiency and business growth.

Since joining Lancer Container Lines Ltd. in 2014 as a fresher, Mrs. Shaikh has steadily progressed into a key leadership role within the organization.

Over the years, she has played an integral part in strengthening core operations and expanding the company's presence in the global logistics and container trading space. She also heads the operations of Lancer's Container Yard in Navi Mumbai, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining high standards in logistics management.

Known for her decisive leadership style and strategic approach to business development, Mrs. Shaikh brings expertise in logistics management, financial analysis, and operational excellence.
