We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s success.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote products/services to clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or client servicing.
Experience in [insert industry, e.g., logistics, shipping, IT, FMCG] will be an advantage.
